An employee is entitled to at least a 1-day holiday per week.  This is usually taken on Sunday. In addition, a minimum of 13 public holidays per year, including National Labor Day, must be granted. After 1 year of service, employees are entitled to a paid annual vacation of not less than 6 working days. Below are the commonly adopted public holidays.
